Evaluation is also used to mean comparing an actual Outcome with the intended Outcome, or comparing one alternative with another.'
  (انتقال الخدمة) هي العملية المسئولة عن تقييم خدمة تكنولوجيا معلومات جديدة أو تم تغييرها للتأكد من أن المخاطر تحت السيطرة و للمساعدة في تقرير اكمال التغيير أم لا. و يستخدم التقييم أيضاً بمعنى المقارنة بين الناتج الفعلي و الناتج الذي كان مقصوداً، أو مقارنة أحد البدائل مع آخر.
