EMC: Electromagnetic Compatibility. The capacity of equipment to function satisfactorily in its electromagnetic environment without introducing intolerable electromagnetic disturbances to other equipment in that environment or being adversely affected by the electromagnetic emissions of other electrical equipment.
التوافق الكهرومغناطيسي (EMC): قدرة الجهاز على العمل بصورة مرضية في بيئته الكهرومغناطيسية دون إحداث تداخلات كهرومغناطيسية مفرطة للأجهزة الأخرى في نفس البيئة أ و يتأثر بالسلب من الإرسالات الكهرومغناطيسية للأجهزة الكهربائية الأخرى.
