• The CGE members emphasized that recommendations relating to national GHG inventories were meant to address: (i) the lack of activity data and appropriate emission factors, (ii) the methodological difficulties relating to the use of the Revised 1996 IPCC Guidelines, and (iii) the need to improve the transparency and completeness of reporting of information on GHG inventories.

• Paragraph 6 “(ii) Relevant factors in the application of the Set” states:

• The rights of women domestic workers are inferior to those of other working women, with respect to wages, duration of working day, vacations, job stability, and other factors (Title II, Chapter VII of the Labour Code).

• In summary, the core elements of the new definition should be: (i) the existence of a contract of service, with the element of compensation (material gain) being a key factor; (ii) the mercenary must have knowingly and with that intention agreed to participate in armed conflict; (iii) usually, but not always, the mercenary must be engaged in armed conflict in a country/countries of which he himself is not a national, or where the company is not registered; (iv) a mercenary (person) or mercenary company (legal personality) must have engaged in armed conflict for its own sake and/or to topple the constitutional order of a State.
